We take care the electrical, plumbing, alarm and security work if any or any other automations or specialty work required in the property (sprinklers, pool mechanics, automatic gates, self contained sewage systems, heating, cooling, lighting, painting, furnishing, marble tiles, tiles etc.) and we guarantee everything we do.

Extra considerations: We always build to your standards and design request but when it comes to projects that may also be used as a touristic property we also build in line with the regulations of the Hellenic Tourism Organization so that a rental license can then be obtained easily.
